This in-depth analyses of tax issues facing regular corporations as well as S corporations and LLC’s provides answers to the day-to-day compliance issues involved in preparing these returns, and adds over 500 pages of reference guide. The business tax course also includes discussion of the manufacturer’s deduction, fringe benefits and depreciation and amortization issues. As with all TaxSpeaker courses, it begins with the “What’s New” analyses of law changes and court cases.
