Upon completion of this course you will be able to identify who AICPA Ethics applies to by defining the terms outlined in the text, principles of conduct and case studies. Participants will be equipped to determine what impairs independence and when clients should be informed of policies, in addition to recognizing third party service providers and discreditable acts. This course also offers a working knowledge of engagement letters, fees, commissions, and practice aids as well as an awareness of quality control standards and requirements.
