In this course we will discuss, define and calculate the new rules on Sick Leave and FMLA Leave and the related credits, with completed and newly re-designed IRS Form 941. Then we will explain the employee retention credit calculation, including qualifying and non-qualifying costs, again continuing to a completed example 941. The course concludes with discussion of advance 941 payments, including a completed example Form 7200 and discussion of the 941 deferral option and disaster relief options.
